DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMS TRANSIT IN NOBOROSSIYSK
The basic package of documents when processing customs transit in Novorossiysk consists of:
- a copy of the contract of feasibility study (transportation and forwarding services),
- original line bill of lading,
- manifest DU/DO1,
- original invoice,
- original or copy of packing list,
- information letter specifying the code of goods, name, gross weight, number of places, number of pieces, depending on the cargo and requirements of the HS code, import authorization documents (SGR, DS TR CU or certificate TR CU), description of the scope of goods. It is important to remember that each registration has its own nuances. The customs inspector may require additional documents depending on the specifics of the cargo.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR IMPORT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
List of statutory documents required to be submitted to the customs authorities:
*For placement under the brokerage seal :
1. Charter of the enterprise (copy, notarized) – 2 copies.
2. Certificate of state registration of the enterprise (copy, notarized) – 2 copies. 3.
3. Certificate of INN and KPP (copies, notarized) – 2 copies. 4.
4. Bank certificate on the availability of accounts (original) – 2 copies. 5.
5. Copy of passport, order of appointment of director (certified by the seal of the organization) – 2 copies. 6.
6. Copy of passport, order of appointment of chief accountant (certified by the seal of the organization) – 2 copies.
7. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (copy, notarized) – 2 copies.
*For placement under the client’s seal:
1. Power of attorney
2. labor contract
3. Order of appointment
Generalized list of documents required for customs clearance purposes:
1. Contract for delivery of goods (certified copy). 2. Invoice (certified copy);
2. Invoice (certified copy);
3. Packing list (certified copy). 4. Goods transportation documents;
4. Goods transportation documents: bill of lading (through bill of lading – original, service bill of lading – copy ) – for sea transportation;
5. Assigned to UOC, if the amount under the contract exceeds 3 million rubles);
6. Certificate of origin (copy);
7. Certificate or declaration of conformity of goods to the requirements of TR CU (copy);
8. Phytosanitary certificate
9. Power of attorney from the consignee to receive the S/A;
10. Insurance policy in case the cargo is insured by foreign contract holder (certified copy);
11. Sea transportation contract and freight payment invoice in case the freight is paid by the Russian contract holder (certified copy);
12. Application for currency transfer with the bank mark “Accepted” and statements on the importer’s personal account in case of prepayment (certified copy);
13. Payment order for payment of customs duties with the bank mark “Accepted” (copy).
* For electronic declaration, scanned copies are sufficient; in case the declaration is transferred to paper, copies of the documents certified as indicated above must be provided upon request.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EXPORT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
List of statutory documents required to be submitted to the customs authorities if the firm is being declared for the first time:
*For placement under a brokerage seal
1. Charter of the enterprise (copy, notarized) – 2 copies.
2. Certificate of INN and KPP (copies, notarized) – 2 copies.
3. IMNS certificate of OGRN (copy, notarized) – 2 copies;
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (copy, notarized) – 2 copies;
5. Bank statement of accounts (original) – 2 copies.
6. Copy of passport, order of appointment of the director – 2 copies.
7. Copy of passport, order of appointment of chief accountant – 2 copies.
8. Copies of documents for the building (premises) at the legal address (ownership documents, lease agreement) – 2 copies.
In the case of customs clearance, the following documents shall be submitted under the seal of the company:
1. Power of attorney for “D2D Logistics” ;
2. Labor contract (copy);
3. Employment order (copy);
4. Passport of the employee (copy).
Generalized list of documents required for customs clearance purposes:

2. Addendum to the contract for the given copy);
3. Invoice (copy);
4. Packing list (copy);
5. Goods transportation documents:
international consignment note (CMR),
TIR carnet (in case the goods are shipped using TIR carnet,
bill of lading;
6. Assigned UOC, if the amount under the contract exceeds 3 million rubles);
7. Certificate of cargo location;
8. Statement of the exporter’s personal account in case of prepayment under the contract (copy);
9. Certificate of transportation costs in case of delivery of goods from the warehouse (EXW Novorossiysk) (copy); 10. Payment order for payment of customs duties with a bank stamp of execution (copy). The above documents shall be submitted in advance to the customs broker.
